  We see a 55.8% decrease in female sport participation across the 15 - 19 year age group

There is a significant under-representation of females in many sports at an elite level, as coaches, sport managers or administrators.  By nurturing our future talent and mentoring developing athletes along their journey we can all build the talent pipeline and change today's sporting landscape.

We are keen to partner with any individual or organisation sharing our goal of supporting junior female athletes.  We need sponsors, mentors and talented athletes.
